Some changes were made, which should resolve the issue. You’ll still be seeing latency to a connection to a US server (so it might be something like 100-200ms depending on where you are), but it should be much better now!

The licenses that you see are just the name of the PTR account as far as I can see. No, there is no way to rename those. You should be able to just pick one where you want to house your characters and just select that one when you want to play.
