The Excavation Site

What is confirmed. Blizzard's reveal fact sheet says Forever launches with nine new dungeons and a level cap of 60. The press pack contains a screenshot of each of the nine, and this is one of them.

What is reported but not verified. The location and the level range below come from our own research notes of 14 September, compiled from panel coverage rather than from the game. Nothing here has been checked against a build.

A name that does not agree. Our research recorded this dungeon as Wetlands Dig Site. Blizzard's own press screenshot names it The Excavation Site, and a first-party file beats a compiled note, so that is the name used here. The two may still turn out to be different places; this will be settled against the beta.

What we do not have. No boss list, no loot, no quest chain. The client data imported so far holds instance names but no encounter tables, so anything of that kind would be invention. It goes here when it can be read from a build.
