There is no support (from the Customer Support team) on the beta, or on Public test realms.
If you encounter a bug during the beta, please do report it directly in game via the Issue Reporter tool that is available in-game. For feedback, you can post on the forums, or on your social media site of your choice (the developers and community team do read various sites for feedback).
