That isn’t what this forum is for, Disciplan. I understand you are frustrated with what happened and feel that you were wronged, but this forum is so that players can get guidance on various support related issues, not as a means to protest your action.
The best you can do is submit an appeal.
Understand, the goal is never to just ban people arbitrarily. The goal is to very loudly demonstrate that certain behaviors are going to have severe consequences. Mistakes happen and I truly hope that this is the case here and that can be verified. Good luck you, Disciplan.
There is a difference between social and exploitation investigations and penalties. The Hacks team, which investigates botting, exploitation, cheating, etc… uses several tools during their investigations. This can involve Warden detection, it may and usually does include thousands of lines of data gathered individually and en masse. There are various checks that are done for all of those, and that is done for all actions. That doesn’t mean if 1000 accounts were suspended because we detected use of a specific botting program that they went over each and every one manually. The data is vetted to help ensure that mistakes are avoided, that false positives are ruled out, etc… but nothing is perfect and the alternative is allowing botting and exploitation to exist in far greater quantities than it already does.
I’m not sure what this campaign helps with here… “there is no automation” is accurate in the basic sense because the penalty doesn’t automatically happen independent of a human, or team of them. The evidence is gathered, the data is reviewed and the penalties decided on. With zero help from systems? No, this is 2026, doing all of this by hand would be ridiculous and time consuming and likely amount to little impact, but it isn’t something that just happens either with no input from humans.
